Privacy Policy — Commodities: Live Prices

Commodities: Live Prices ("the App") does not require an account and does not
collect personal information for advertising or tracking. This page explains what
the App handles and why.
What we collect
- Anonymous device identifier. On first launch the App generates a
random identifier stored in your device's Keychain. It links your purchases
(to restore “Pro”) and price alerts to your device only — not to your name,
email, or Apple ID.
- Push notification token. If you enable price alerts or Live
Activity, the App registers your device's push token with our server so Apple can
deliver those notifications. Used for no other purpose.
- Feedback you submit. The in-app feedback form sends the message
you type (and its category) to our team. Please don't include sensitive personal
information in feedback messages.
- Purchases. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed
entirely by Apple. We receive a signed transaction record to verify your purchase;
we never see your payment details.
- Standard server logs. Basic operational logs (timestamp,
endpoint, response status) keep the service running. Your device identifier never
appears in a URL or query string, so it isn't captured by access logs.
What we don't do
- No account, no sign-up, no login.
- No analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no third-party trackers.
- We never sell or share your data with third parties.
- We don't track you across other apps or websites.
Data retention
Device identifiers, alert rules, and feedback are kept only as long as needed to
provide the App's features. To request deletion of data tied to your device, email
us below.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect
information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated.
